蒸馒头-〉玫瑰花卷 ( 蒸法)




蒸包粉 - 250g
糖-50g
干酵母 - 6 g
宇头香精- 1小匙

(sodium silicate ，air abu soda) -半小匙+ 一点水



1）发面请看（包发面法）
2）做法下图，蒸15分钟
